The X-Men are a group of mutant resistance fighters in a dystopian alternate universe. This version of the team was eliminated along with the rest of the universe when the timeline reset back to normal.

History[]

After the death of his friend Charles Xavier, Magneto decided to fulfill his dream of peace between humans and mutants. He formed the X-Men and fought to protect their kind. However, he was unable to broker peace and war broke out. The world was devastated while the X-Men fought their enemies such as the Avengers.
During one battle with the Avengers, two people from another timeline, Bishop and his sister Shard, appeared. They took Wolverine and his wife Storm with them into the past where they saved Xavier's life and ending this timeline.
Background[]
The first and currently only adaptation of the team. While Wolverine and the X-Men had their own version of the Age of Apocalypse, the team was not seen.
In the Comics[]
Other members of the team include a clone of Xavier calling himself MODOK, Dazzler, X-23, Quicksilver, Scarlet Witch, Shadowcat, Wolfsbane, and Xorn.
Wolverine, calling himself Weapon X, is married to Jean Grey, not Storm, and they are on their own.
Beast is actually a psychotic mad scientist who eventually finds his way to the mainstream universe.
Magneto and Rogue are married and have a baby named Charles.
