Real Name Robert Frank
Alternate Identity Whizzer
Powers and Abilities Super Speed
Team Affiliations Six American Warriors
Allies Spider-Man

Robert Frank, also known as Whizzer, is a member of the Six American Warriors and superhero during World War II.

In an attempt to recreate the Super Soldier Serum that created Captain America, Robert volunteered for a recreated formula. He chose his name because of the whizzing noise he made when he ran. However, it was temporary and had to be regulated with rings. He fought in World War II with the other Six American Warriors until Cap sacrificed himself to stop Red Skull and his Doomsday device.

The group broke up each taking a key to the device. Years later, he was teaching kids to draw when Rhino of the Insidious Six took his key. He eventually rejoined the team along with the freed Captain America and Spider-Man. They stopped Red Skull's son Electro while Cap returned to the device to stop Red Skull once more.

The older Whizzer was voiced by Walter Edmiston while the younger version was voiced by Cain Devore.
