Walter Stark was a clone of Anthony Stark's father Walter Stark, created by A.I.M..
Biography[]
A.I.M. created a clone of Walter in order to steal Stark's secrets. The clone infiltrated Stark Enterprises and decieved Tony into thinking his father was alive, trying to create a wedge between Tony and Nick Fury by claiming that S.H.I.E.L.D. had covered up his survival. He was discovered by Tony and Fury, but the Walter clone ran away while his ally Crimson Dynamo was defeated. The clone assured to his A.I.M. superiors that he still had some emotional advantage on Tony, who still saw him as a father, though he was never seen again.

Walter Stark's clone was voiced by Peter Renaday.
The clone had longer hair than the original Walter. It is unknown if it was an actual difference or just an stylistic choice to keep the family resemblance to Tony, who sported longer hair in season two.
The Walter Stark clone appeared in an episode of Marvel Mash-Up.
