Wally Waldo is a spy and saboteur who can use disguises to make himself look like anyone.
Biography[]
Wally Waldo was hired to sabotage the U.S. Army's new rocket. Wally used his disguises to gain access to the military base. Wally disguised himself as project leader Jeff Kessler. However, Bruce Banner quickly deduced that he wasn't the real Jeff Kessler. Knowing that he had been discovered, Wally pushed Bruce under a rocket engine as it was being tested. However, Bruce survived the blast from the rocket because he had transformed into the Hulk. Later, Bruce Banner saved Betty from the crashing rocket by parachuting to safety. Hulk then transformed back into Bruce Banner and revealed that Jeff Kessler was actually Wally Waldo in disguise. Waldo was then taken into military custody.
