Vision is a synthezoid that tried to save the love of his life from a virus that turned her into a zombie. Upon realizing that she could not be cured, Vision began luring innocent people to Camp Lehigh to feed to her.

Biography[]

Prior to the outbreak of the quantum virus, Vision was a member of the Avengers. Scott Lang was one of the first people to be infected. Vision found Scott and brought him to Camp Lehigh where he exposed him to the energy from the Mind Stone which Vision deduced could be a possible cure for the virus. Vision was successful in stopping the spread of the virus in Scott, however, most of Scott's body had already decomposed which left him as a disembodied head.

Following the zombie outbreak Vision's love, Wanda Maximoff, was infected and he locked her in a cell in Camp Lehigh. Shortly afterward the rest of the Avengers became infected with the quantum virus except for T'Challa who was protected by is vibranium Black Panther suit. Vision realized that because of her powers, Wanda was able to resist the energy of the Mind Stone so she couldn't be cured. However, Vision could not bring himself to kill the woman he loved. Vision found T'Challa alive and brought him to Camp Lehigh. T'Challa though that Vision was rescuing him. However, Vision amputated T'Challa's leg and fed it to Wanda.

Vision then sent out a fake message claiming that a group of survivors at Camp Lehigh had developed a cure for the quantum virus. However, as survivors would come to Camp Lehigh hoping to find a cure, Vision would feed them to Wanda. Later, Vision's message was received by a group of survivors consisting of Bruce Banner, James Barnes, Kurt Goreshter, Okoye, and Peter Parker. As they made their way to Camp Lehigh they were met by Vision. Vision told Bruce that he had been experimenting with the Mind Stone as a cure, but he didn't have a way to transmit its signal worldwide. Okoye told Vision that they had the necessary equipment in Wakanda and Bucky began to search the base for a plane.

As Bucky explored the lower levels of the base, he found Wanda locked in a room. He also found T'Challa who told him of what Vision had been doing with the survivors that came to Camp Lehigh. Bucky took T'Challa to the others and they told them that Vision had been luring innocent people there to use as food for Wanda. In anger, Okoye attempted to stab Vision with her vibranium spear, however, before she could Wanda escaped her cell. Upon her escape, Wanda killed Kurt. Vision fired a laser from his head that cut a hole in the side of the building leading to the outside. Everyone except for Okoye, whom Wanda killed, managed to escape.

After everyone got outside Vision fired a laser from the Mind Stone at the foundation of the building which collapsed on top of Wanda. To atone for what he had done Vision ripped the Mind Stone from his forehead which killed him. To give everyone enough time to escape, Bucky distracted Wanda by shooting at her. Bruce then picked the Mind Stone up and he, Peter, T'Challa, and Scott ran toward a hangar and got into a plane. Wanda became furious when she saw Vision's deactivated body and used her telekinesis to fling Bucky a far distance. While Bruce, as Hulk, stayed behind to fight Wanda, Peter, T'Challa, and Scott flew away with the Mind Stone.

Vision is voiced by Paul Bettany who reprised his role from the Marvel Cinematic Universe films.
