Captain America held a team meeting at Avengers Tower talking about interoffice correspondence etiquette. Vision was present at the meeting.

Later, Vision and Scarlet Witch went on a dinner date.

For Halloween, Vision dressed up as a clown. Vision bought fruit to pass out to Trick or Treaters. However, Scarlet Witch used her magic to turn the fruit into candy.
