One Valentine's Day, Peter Parker went out with his girlfriend Liz Allan. Unfortunately, Tombstone, Hammerhead, Doctor Octopus, and Silvermane tried to have a summit to work out controlling New York City's crime. However, Hammerhead betrayed them all intending to be the next Big Man. Peter was forced to leave her, be Spider-Man, and stop the violence between the criminal groups.
