Marvel has announced the premiere date for their Hulu series M.O.D.O.K.. The series will debut on the streaming service May 21st of this year. The announcement also came with a trailer showing footage from the series.
In addition, Comic Book Resources has a synopsis for the first two episodes. The first episode, titled "If This Be ... M.O.D.O.K.", says, Supervillain M.O.D.O.K. runs his evil organization AIM into the ground and is forced to sell it to the tech company GRUMBL. As the megalomaniacal M.O.D.O.K. struggles to regain control of AIM he risks losing something even more important... his family!" It is written by Jordan Blum and Patton Oswalt while directed by Eric Towner and Alex Kramer. The second episode, "The M.O.D.O.K. That Time Forgot", says, "In an effort win back his wife Jodie, M.O.D.O.K. takes her traveling through time to a Third Eye Blind concert they missed years ago. There they are attacked by a college-aged M.O.D.O.K. who steals their time machine and strands them in past." It is written by Geoff Barbanell and Itai Grunfeld while also directed by Towner and Kramer.
