The Universal Library Index is the control center for the Universal Library, the depository of all information in the universe collected by the Watchers.
History[]
Silver Surfer took Pip, Mentor, Drax, Nebula, and Geatar to the index. There they learned from Uatu that the Watchers had become Virals. All but Pip and Drax became Virals but Silver Surfer returned to his normal self.

The index, like the Universal Library, is an original concept to Silver Surfer.
