Ultron is from the Non MAU series The Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes.

Ultron was first mentioned in "Everything is Wonderful" when Ant-Man and Iron Man were talking about him.

Ultron-5 made his first actual appearence in "The Man Who Stole Tommorow" along with the other Ultrons when Ant-Man, Thor, and Wasp were taking Blizzard into the Negative Zone. Ant-Man explained that Ultron was designed by him and Iron Man and had programming based on the human brain.

In "Come the Conqueror" he and the other Ultrons were taught the concept of violence by Ant-Man because they needed an army to fight Kang's army. He fought with the other Ultrons against Kang's forces and was one of six to survive.

In "The Kang Dynasty" he and the other Ultrons went to the Damocles Base to destroy Kang's time drive. He was the only Ultron to survive. He battled Kang along with Iron Man, Captain America, Hulk, Ant-Man, and Hawkeye until he was defeated. He was later seen behind Ant-Man powering.
