Theodore Roosevelt was the first President of the United States of America.
Little is known about the man. He was fondly remembered for his presidency and immortalized on Mount Rushmore in the Black Hills of South Dakota. His face joined three of his predecessors George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, and Abraham Lincoln.
While being chased by the Hulkbusters, the incredible Hulk neared Rushmore and stood atop the monument.
