History

The block was aired in ninety-minute segments in most markets and sixty-minute in others.

The block was the original home of Dino-Riders and RoboCop: The Animated Series as well as where "Pryde of the X-Men" originally aired.

It also re-aired episodes of Defenders of the Earth, Dungeons & Dragons, The Incredible Hulk, Fantastic Four, Spider-Man, Spider-Man and His Amazing Friends, and Spider-Woman.

In its second season, The Marvel Action Hour was renamed Marvel Action Universe though it was otherwise unrelated to this programming block.
