Thaddeus Ross, also known as Thunderbolt Ross, is a general in the United States Army that hunts down the Hulk.

Biography

General Ross was present when Bruce Banner was exposed to gamma radiation from the Gamma Bomb.

When Bruce Banner was accused of being a traitor General Ross sent Major Glenn Talbot to Russia to capture him and bring Banner back to the U.S.

Ross is voiced by Paul Kligman.

This is the first version of the character outside the comics.

Thaddeus Ross was featured in the Marvel Mash-Up shorts that aired on Disney XD.
