Talos is a robot designed and operated by Weapon X.
History[]
At some point, Sabretooth encountered a Talos robot. When Professor X scanned his mind, he saw a vision of the robot along with Maverick.
Later, Team X returned to the Weapon X Facility and encountered a Talos robot.
Background[]
Due to censorship issues, the name was changed from Shiva, as in the comics, to Talos. Shiva is a Hindu god while Talos is a Greek mythological automaton.
