Biography[]

Changing the Universe[]

Birth of Strange Supreme[]

On the second anniversary of Christine Palmer's death a depressed Doctor Strange used the Eye of Agomotto to travel back in time to the night he lost Christine. Strange attempted several times to save Christine. However, every time Christine would die. After several failed attempts to save Christine, the Ancient One from that time approached Strange and told him that Christine's death was an absolute point in time, an unchangeable event that was supposed to set Strange on a path to becoming the Sorcerer Supreme. Strange believed that there had to be a way to change an absolute point in time. However, the Ancient One warned that if he tried, she would be forced to stop him. As Strange was about to use the Eye of Agomotto to go back in time, the Ancient One struck him with magical energy. Unknown to Strange at the time, this spell caused Doctor Strange to split into two people and allowed two timelines to occur in the same universe.

Library of Cagliostro[]

Following Strange's battle with the Ancient One, Strange found himself in a jungle hundreds of years in the past. Strange was there searching for the Lost Library of Cagliostro because it was rumored that Cagliostro could break an absolute point in time. There Strange met a man that introduced himself as O'Bengh. Strange asked O'Bengh where the library was. However, O'Bengh did not answer, turned around, and walked away. Strange became frustrated and followed O'Bengh, and when they exited the jungle Strange saw an ancient structure which was the Library of Cagliostro.

Strange saw that there was no door to the library and used his Sling Ring to create a portal and enter the library. Upon entering the library Strange fell through a trap door and into an underground tunnel. O'Bengh was down there waiting for Strange. Strange asked where he could find Cagliostro; however, O'Bengh only gave him cryptic answers. O'Bengh took Strange into the library and asked how long he would be staying there. Strange answered that he would stay as long as it took. Strange used his powers to search the library's vast collection of books until he found one on time manipulation.

Gaining Power[]

While reading the book on time manipulation Strange read that changing and absolute point in time was near impossible. However, Strange was determined to undo Christine's death and continued to search for a way. As Strange continued to read he discovered that he could gain the power to undo an absolute point in time by absorbing other beings.

During Strange's first attempt to absorb power from a mystic being, Strange opened a portal to another dimension and a tentacled creature came out. Strange asked the creature if he could borrow some of his power. However, the creature grabbed Strange and flung him across the room.

This knocked Strange out and later woke up with O'Bengh tending to his wounds. O'Bengh told Strange that mystic beings could not be bargained with and that their powers were not meant for mankind. O'Bengh asked if Christine was worth the pain he was putting himself through, and that there is a fine line between devotion and delusion.

Soon Strange realized that is those creatures would not surrender their power, he would have to take it by force. Strange opened the portal to numerous dimensions and absorbed various beings into his own body which also increased his own power. Strange did this for several months and eventually became so powerful that he was able to absorb the tentacle monster.

Death of O'Bengh[]

Strange spent centuries learning all he could from the library, and the power that he gained from absorbing all those magical creatures prevented him from aging. One night Strange went to visit O'Bengh who he saw was now an elderly man. Strange offered to make O'Bengh young so he could live forever. However, O'Bengh refused and told Strange that death was part of life. Strange told O'Bengh that he couldn't accept that. However, O'Bengh cryptically told him that maybe the other Strange could. O'Bengh then passed away.

Fighting Doctor Strange[]

In the present Strange Supreme's quest to undo an absolute point in time threated to destroy the universe. The Ancient One warned Doctor Strange of what his doppelganger was doing and that it would be up to him to defeat Strange Supreme.

Shortly after the Ancient One's warning, Strange Supreme opened a portal and brought Doctor Strange to the Library of Cagliostro. Strange supreme kept Doctor Strange contained inside of a magical forcefield. Doctor Strange warned Strange Supreme that he can't save Christine because it will destroy their universe. However, Strange Supreme did not believe him. Strange Supreme told Doctor Strange that while separated he would be unable to save Christine. However, once merged he would finally have enough power to bring her back. Strange Supreme then traveled back in time to the just after the car crash.

Doctor Strange refused to help Strange Supreme and Strange Supreme attacked him in anger. A battle between the two powerful sorcerers raged on. During their battle Strange Supreme pulled himself and Doctor Strange into another dimension and they continued to fight. This fight eventually led back to their own dimension. Strange Supreme was eventually able to defeat Doctor Strange and absorb him back into his body.

Bringing Christine Back[]

Strange Supreme Monster (Cinematic Universe)

Upon absorbing Doctor Strange, Strange Supreme mutated into a monster. This was due to all the magical creatures he had previously absorbed. Strange Supreme was finally able to undo an absolute point in time and bring Christine back to life. However, upon seeing Strange's new monstrous form Christine became terrified.

Strange Supreme transformed back into his normal self and as the universe started to implode he tried to use his mystical beams to try and hold the destruction back. Strange Supreme sensed that the Watcher was nearby and begged him to save his universe. Strange believed that the Watcher was a god and he had to power to fix what he had done. The Watcher told Strange that he wasn't a god and that if he could stop the destruction of the universe and punisher him instead he would. However, as a Watcher, Uatu was only able to observe events, not interfere in them.

As the Watcher vanished the universe was completely destroyed. Strange saved himself by going into the Mirror Dimension. However, Christine Palmer once again died leaving Strange all alone.
