Spider-Man is a superhero mantle used by various men in several alternate universe. The equivalent used by women is Spider-Woman.

Peter Benjamin Parker was bitten by a radioactive spider and became Spider-Man following the dead of his uncle Ben managing to protect in New York as the one and only Spider-Man.
But in an alternate universe, the story seems very similar to the original with the difference this Peter Parker lived a perfect life without struggles until he was killed. With Miles Morales taking up the mantle of Spider-Man to honor him.
