A skrull as the Phantom of Film City
A Skrull commander and his men were sent to Earth to defeat the Fantastic Four then conquer the planet. When the Skrulls learned that the Fantastic Four had been cast in J. J. Colossal's movie one of the Skrulls posed as the Phantom of Film City and began to try and kill the Fantastic Four while they were filming the movie. The Skrulls eventually captured the Fantastic Four. While the Fantastic Four fought the Skrulls, H.E.R.B.I.E. sabotaged their ship. As the ship began to fall toward the ground the Skrulls begged Mister Fantastic to fix their ship before it could crash and kill them. Mister Fantastic agreed but only if the Skrulls promised never to invade Earth again. The Skrulls agreed to Mister Fantastic's terms and the Fantastic Four saved them. Mister Fantastic then repaired the star ship and the Skrulls returned to their home planet.
