After Spider-Man went missing the Sinister Six began a crime spree in New York City. When the Sinister Six robbed the federal reserve they were confronted by the Spider-Friends who had been joined by Deadpool. Deadpool told Iceman and Firestar that the Sinister Six had murdered Spider-Man. In their blind rage Iceman and Firestar murdered the members of the Sinister Six. However, Iceman and Firestar soon learned that Deadpool had lied to them and Spider-Man was still alive.[1]

The Sinister Six appeared in the 2016 comic book Deadpool Annual Vol. 4 which served as a crossover between Deadpool and Spider-Man and His Amazing Friends.
