Sentinels are giant robots that were created to hunt down and kill mutants.
Biography[]
Magneto stole several Sentinel units and reprogrammed them to follow his commands. Magneto had the Sentinels attack New York City. However, the X-Men stopped the Sentinels.
Later, the X-Men fought the Sentinels on Island M when they had to rescue Professor X and Kitty Pryde who had been kidnapped by the Brotherhood of Mutant Terrorists.
When Magneto returned he sent three Sentinels to attack a construction site. While the X-Men were busy fighting the Sentinels, Magneto the the Brotherhood went to the Xavier Mansion and kidnaped Professor X and stole Cerebro.
