Scarlet Witch is from the Non MAU series X-Men: Evolution.

Wanda Maximoff, better known as Scarlet Witch, is a powerful mutant who is the daughter of Magneto and thus the sister to Quicksilver. She has joined the Brotherhood of Mutants.

Biography

Unfortunately, she developed her powers early forcing Magneto to send her away to an asylum. She spent years there developing a deep hatred for her father. She took sessions to control her powers with fellow mutant Charles Xavier but he was unable to reach her.

Eventually, Mystique helped break her out so they could both get revenge on her father. She joined the Brotherhood of Mutants, a group of young mutants who were formally led by Magneto, and helped fight the X-Men, Xavier's team. Fellow Brotherhood member Toad fell in love with her, though she found him disgusting. She then left the team to search the world for Magneto, and Quicksilver who was protecting him. Eventually, Magneto used Mastermind to change Wanda's memories and make her love him.

She joined in the battle against Apocalypse and his Horsemen. She was the one who saved her father from the ancient mutant's control. When Xavier scanned Apocalypse's mind, he saw that she and the brotherhood became members of S.H.I.E.L.D. in a possible future.

Powers and Abilities

Wanda is a powerful mutant, whose main skill is the manipulation of probabilities. This power makes her very dangerous and especially when she is angry, it can have various effects.

She can use her powers to interfere, control/dismantle and change the odds around her, generating catastrophic events such as spontaneous combustion, deregulating and even temporarily deactivating another mutant's powers, shattering glass, generating fire, melting metal, weakening and destabilizing structures, giving life to inanimate beings, and so on. This power is easily amplified when she gets angry, making her even more powerful.

She can project and fire blueish hexagonal rays that have different effects, such as causing damage to the point of fainting on their targets, disabling powers and mainly causing electrical interference, causing even loss of large amounts of energy like the X-jet and one of the pyramids of the Apocalypse.

She has demonstrated telekinetic abilities, being able to move various objects at once, but apparently, she doesn't do it with her mind like Jean Grey, but through her other powers. She managed to move several objects from the sorority house to attack her brother and his friends, pushed away the doctors in the hospice she was in, lifted a crystal into the air, and yanked an entire pantry off the floor.
