Robert Ridgely (born December 24, 1931; died February 8, 1997) was an actor who played Kraven the Hunter on Spider-Man and His Amazing Friends, Thaddeus Ross and Spymaster on The Incredible Hulk, and Skrull Emperor and additional voices on Fantastic Four.


He is most famous as a recurring actor for director Mel Brooks appearing in films like Blazing Saddles, High Anxiety, Life Stinks, and Robin Hood: Men in Tights. He also played the titular characters on Tarzan, Lord of the Jungle and Flash Gordon.
