Red Hulk is from the Yost Universe series The Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes.

Thaddeus Ross is a general in the United States Military and leader of the Hulkbusters. He is obsessed with finding and capturing the Hulk. He eventually turned himself into the Red Hulk.

He tracked down Bruce Banner to Las Vegas where Hulk was fighting the Absorbing Man. Black Widow and Hawkeye of S.H.I.E.L.D. arrived and ordered Ross to stand down while they fought him. Ross disobeyed and fired on Hulk endangering the two agents. Hulk saved them, even though he was fighting them, but was defeated.

In order to discredit then replace the Hulk he transformed himself into the Red Hulk. The Avengers discovered his dual identities and was arrested.

Thaddeus Ross was voiced by Keith Ferguson.

Ross's daughter and Bruce's love interest Betty Ross is only seen in a fantasy during Hulk vs Thor where she had a son named Bruce Banner, Jr. and has yet to make a real appearance.

First adapted version of the character to become the Red Hulk. Of course, this is the first version to appear after Ross was revealed to be the Red Hulk.

In the Comics[]

Despite initially being a villain, joined the Avengers as Red Hulk.

Fought against Colossus, who had the Juggernaut powers, when the Avengers fought the X-Men after they found out that the Phoenix Force was returning to Earth.
