Radiation Specialist is a criminal that used radiation to brainwash the people of Manhattan.
Biographyy[]
Radiation Specialist took control of Manhattan's nuclear power plant and was able to send Spider-Man on a wild goose chase outside of the city. With Spider-Man out of the way, Radiation Specialist covered Manhattan in radiation which placed everyone in the city, except for criminals, under his control. Spider-Man then went to the nuclear power plant, stopped the Radiation Specialist, and was able to reverse the effects of Radiation Specialist's mind control.
