Quicksilver is the twin brother of Scarlet Witch. They are the children of Magneto. Their mother was died because of their father and they were birthed by Bovine, a creation of the High Evolutionary, and raised by a couple.

Quicksilver is a mutant with the power of moving at an accelerated speed. This includes everything from running fast to reaction time to thinking extremely quickly, and his body is adapted to surviving at those speeds.
