The Nova Corps are a group of people who travel the cosmos. They are identifiable by their red and blue outfits and helmets.
Little is known about the organization or what their purpose is.
One Nova Corp member was on Zenn-La when the people there were contacted by Uatu about the coming of Galactus.
Another was on a space station when Silver Surfer accidentally caused it to be damaged by destroying an asteroid.
One member was part of Nebula's pirate crew. He was turned into a Viral at the Universal Library.

It has been suggested that well-known member Richard Rider is the Nova Corp member who is part of Nebula's crew. However, he is not identified and could be any Corp member.

The group is a space militia and exploratory group. They essentially police the universe.
They are powered by the Nova Force, a computer with unlimited energy.
They were completely destroyed. Before the last one died, he gave his technology to a man from Earth named Richard Rider who became the universe's only member.
