Neuron (Marvel Anime)

Neuron is one of the main villains in Marvel Anime: X-Men. He's also one of the newest members of the Inner Circle (also known as the Hellfire Club) and the Inner Circle's White Bishop. Along with Marsh and Rat, he assists Mastermind with his plan to rule humanity.

Neuron is voiced by Dave Wittenberg in English and by Yutaka Aoyama in Japanese.

Biography:

• The Return - Joining Forces

Neuron is first seen with Mastermind, Marsh and Rat from a distance, watching as Jean Grey (under their control) attacks the X-Men as the Phoenix.

• Countdown - Truth

Neuron makes his full appearance in this episode. After Mastermind reveals his plans for Takeo Sasaki to the X-Men, Neuron appears from out of nowhere and kills Riko and Koichi Kaga by overloading their sensory input. He then subdues Wolverine and Beast, while Mastermind causes Takeo to unleash his powers.

• Revenge - End

"What the hell are you?!!" - Neuron's last words before being killed by Wolverine.

As Mastermind continues to unleash Takeo's powers and traps Cyclops in an illusion, and as Marsh restrains Emma Frost, Armor and Yui, Neuron still subdues Wolverine and Beast. With no other option, Wolverine decides that the only way to get free is to unleash his Berserker Rage. After Neuron viciously strikes him again, Wolverine orders Beast to strike him multiple times. Afterwards, Neuron looks in shock as the X-Man becomes consumed by his Berserker Rage, making Wolverine unstoppable and unable to feel any pain whatsoever. Neuron then strikes him with his coins and multiple tentacles, but it's useless. After Wolverine frees himself from the tentacles, Neuron watches in horror and Wolverine viciously kills him by impaling his claws through Neuron's chest.
