The Mutant Registration Act was an act of Congress enacted by the government of the United States of America.
History[]
The act allowed for the registration of mutants by the Mutant Control Agency under the Federal Security Agency. After the X-Men attacked the registration's databases, the President rescinded the act. Senator Robert Kelly was upset over this and announced his bid to run for President. While he later won, he had since changed his mind on mutants so he did not pursue the act once again.
