Biography[]
Monica was the assistant of Zoltan Amadeus. When Zoltan created a serum that could duplicate Spider-Man's powers in himself, Monica warned Zoltan that taking the serum could be dangerous. However, Zoltan did not listen to Monica and took the serum anyways. With his new spider powers Zoltan committed various robberies around New York City and he was helped by Monica. However, the serum later transformed Amadeus into a spider monster and dubbed himself Arachnoid. Monica then begged the Spider-Friends to help Amadeus. Monica gave the Spider-Friends the antidote to the serum. After Spider-Man defeated the Arachnoid, Monica was arrested. However, Spider-Man assured Monica that the courts would go easy on her since she helped the Spider-Friends stop Arachnoid.
