Mjolnir is the magical Asgardian hammer wielded by Thor. Mjolnir can only be picked up by those it deems worthy.
On display
It was kept in the Asgard Armory until Thor was ready to use it. When Loki possessed Hulk he tried to pick up Mjolnir without success. It can return to Thor when called and flies. While very powerful, it can be stopped by Wrecker's crowbar.
Background
In the comics, Mjolnir can be wielded by Captain America and Wonder Man. In the Ultimate universe, Hulk can pick it up only through his immense strength.
