Little is known about the life of Mister Sinister. He is a servant of Apocalypse and leader of the Marauders. They collect mutant DNA in order to create the "Ultimate Mutant."

At some point, Cyclops attacked the Marauders and Mister Sinister. He was convinced that Sinister had kidnapped Jean Grey. He had Multiple Man distract Cyclops and the X-Men while he escaped.

When Warren Worthington III lost his wings, he came to Sinister for help. Sinister turned him into Archangel, erased his memory, and joined the Marauders. He then attacked his father.

When Jean Grey did appear, Sinister had the Marauders capture her and Cyclops. The X-Men fought them, but Sinister still got some of their DNA.

Alternate Version

In an alternate future, Mister Sinister served under Apocalypse along with Cyclops as they ruled over the planet.
