Men in Black: The Series is an animated series that ran on Kids' WB from October 11, 1997, to June 30, 2001. This series was made to tie-in with the first Men in Black movie which released three months earlier.
Story[]
The continuing adventures of Agent K and J as they deal with problems with extraterrestrials in New York City.
Continuity[]
Men in Black: The Series is set in an alternate timeline from the first movie. In this series Agent K did not retire after defeating Edgar the Bug and continued to train Agent J who is regarded as the rookie. Agent L is also depicted as being a senior agent as opposed to the first movie which ended with her joining the agency.

Men in Black: The Series lasted four seasons consisting of fifty-three episodes.
The title of every episode ends with the word "Syndrome".
