 "Captive Hearts" is the fifth episode of X-Men and originally aired January 30, 1993. The episode is based on Uncanny X-Men #169 and #170 and was adapted by Robert N. Skir, Marty Isenberg, and Eric Lewald. The episode is the source of the popular "Wolverine Crush" Internet meme. Following their near defeat in "Deadly Reunions", Professor X (Cedric Smith) pushes his X-Men hard in the Danger Room.
