Samuel Langhorne Clemens, better known as Mark Twain, was a human writer, humorist, entrepreneur, publisher, and lecturer on Earth.
Little is known about his life.
At one point, there was a rumor that he had died. To dispel those reports he announced that they were greatly exaggerated. This became a popular phrase. During his travels, Mentor heard this saying. When he found the Universal Library, he quoted Twain's phrase in regards to the supposed destruction of the Watchers.
Background
Twain was neither seen nor mentioned. It was only his famous phrase that was used.
