Characters played Whistler

Malcolm John Taylor, credited as Malcolm McDowell, (born June 13, 1943) is an actor who played Whistler on Spider-Man.

The character of Whistler was created by David S. Goyer for the first Blade film. The film was still in the early stages of production with the Spider-Man writing staff learned of the character and decided to use him, making this the first version anywhere. He has yet to appear in the comics despite being prominently featured in the films and connected live-action television series.[1] McDowell played the character for the season two episodes "Blade the Vampire Hunter" and "The Immortal Vampire". When the character returned in season four, McDowell was replaced by Oliver Muirhead.

He played in the remake Halloween and its sequel, both directed by Spider-Man: The New Animated Series actor Rob Zombie.
