MODOC was designed by Moses Magnum as part of A.I.M.'s plan for world domination. They used vibranium for his harness.

After Ghost rescued Living Laser from the S.H.I.E.L.D. Helicarrier, MODOC was brought online. He overthrew the Scientist Supreme and took over A.I.M. He fought Iron Man but was defeated by the hero and Living Laser.

He was defeated again when Controller took over Iron Man's armor.

MODOC was voiced by Lee Tockar.

First time his name is Designed Only for Conquest, which would be reused in The Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes.
