Lord Glenn is the leader of the Draconians and prominent member of the Wanderers.
History
His planet was attacked by Galactus and his people were forced to leave. They eventually teamed up with the Wanderers after Glenn and Gamora made an agreement. They eventually captured Silver Surfer and put him to trial for his crimes. However, he proved he had changed his ways and they let him go.
