Biography[]
Medusa loaned Lockjaw to the Fantastic Four to be their watch dog. The Fantastic Four used Lockjaw's teleportation power to travel to the Negative Zone. While exploring the Negative Zone the Fantastic Four found a large cocoon. Lockjaw and the Fantastic Four then teleported back to the Baxter Building with the cocoon. When the Fantastic Four left the Baxter Building, Lockjaw felt abandoned. Just then Blastaar broke free from the cocoon and tricked Lockjaw into attacking New York City with him. However, when Blastaar attacked the Fantastic Four, Lockjaw protected them from Blastaar. When Blastaar was defeated, Lockjaw returned him to the Negative Zone.
