Leader is a gamma-enhanced genius.
Biography[]
The man who would become the Leader was once a low-level worker at a chemical plant. The man was accidentally exposed to gamma rays which increased his intelligence and turned his skin green. Somehow, Leader learned of a shipment of vibranium that was headed toward Gamma Base and had the Screaming Vultures steal it. Leader intended to use the vibranium to make missiles that he would use to topple the governments of the world so that he could rule Earth. However, Hulk defeated the Leader who was then taken into military custody.
