Wilson Fisk, also known as the Kingpin, is the counterpart to the Kingpin in the Spider-Carnage Universe. He was an ally to Spider-Carnage.

Little is known about the life of Wilson Fisk. It is likely that it is the same as his alternate universe counterpart.

At some point, two versions of Spider-Man appeared. One changed his costume and became the Scarlet Spider, while the other became obsessed with taking the other down.

Once, Kingpin was experimenting with dimensional technology with Dr. Jonathan Ohn. Scarlet Spider appeared to stop the experiment but the other Spider-Man arrived to defeat him. However, the Carnage symbiote escaped the portal and possessed Spider-Man, calling himself Spider-Carnage.

Spider-Carnage then teamed up with Kingpin, Hobgoblin, Green Goblin, and Alistair Smythe.

Spider-Carnage, revealing himself to be Peter Parker who believed that the other Spider-Man was a clone, then planned to build a device that would threaten the world. With it, the group would bring the world to their knees. In the meantime, the group attacked New York City almost completely destroying it.

As their experiment neared its completion, a group of Spider-Men attacked the building. The team made their way to the central chamber and deactivated the device. Spider-Man, the apparent leader of the group, informed Kingpin that the device would not be used to threaten the world, but destroy it along with every other alternate universe. Kingpin and his allies were defeated, but Spider-Carnage used the dimensional technology to escape.

Madame Web teleported Kingpin and the remaining Spider-Men to her. She sent Kingpin to a holding cell where the remaining authorities would find him locked up.

All versions of Kingpin were voiced by Roscoe Lee Browne.
