Biography[]
When Judy was on a date with Bobby Drake the school bully, Rocky Beasely, came up to them. Rocky grabbed Judy's arm and tried to take her away by force. Bobby accidentally froze Rocky in ice to save Judy. This was the first time that Bobby's mutant power manifested. ("There's No Business Like Snow Business")
