Joshua Luis Wiener (born February 8, 1979), known professionally as Josh Keaton, is an actor who voiced Spider-Man on The Spectacular Spider-Man, additional voices on Doctor Strange: The Sorcerer Supreme, Moon Boy on The Super Hero Squad Show, Spider-Man on the The Super Hero Squad Show video game, Ant-Man on Ant-Man, Ant-Man and additional voices on Avengers Assemble and Guardians of the Galaxy, as well as Norman Osborn, John Jameson, and additional voices on Spider-Man. He currently plays Steve Rogers on the Marvel Cinematic Universe series What If...? taking over the role from Chris Evans Angelo/Syphonater on Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur, and Captain America on X-Men '97.
He was considered to reprise the role for Ultimate Spider-Man before Drake Bell was cast.[1]
He recorded the dialogue for Spider-Man on The Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes but was replaced by Bell before airing.
He recorded dialogue as Spider-Man for Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse and was unsure if he made it into the final cut of the movie[2], but the final cut does contain his voice.[3]
Biography[]
In 2010 he returned to the role by playing Ultimate Spider-Man in the video game Spider-Man: Shattered Dimensions. The game also features the voices of Neil Patrick Harris (Spider-Man of Spider-Man: The New Animated Series), Christopher Daniel Barnes (Spider-Man of Spider-Man), Dan Gilvezan (Spider-Man of Spider-Man and His Amazing Friends).
