Jesse Scot Falcon (born January 17, 1971) is an actor that voiced M.O.D.O.K., M.O.D.O.K.'s alternate universe counterparts, and Old Man Logan on Marvel Super Heroes: What The--?!; Super-Skrull, Luke Cage, Headsman, and Ghost on Spider-Woman: Agent of S.W.O.R.D.; and Howard the Duck and Hypno-Hustler on All Winners Squad. He was also a writer and co-executive producer on Marvel Super Heroes: What The--?!. Currently Jesse Falcon is the Director of Product Design at The Walt Disney Company and created the toyline and merchandise for X-Men '97.
