Jeph Loeb is the Executive Vice President, Head of Television of Marvel Entertainment. He is executive producer of Astonishing X-Men, Marvel Anime: Wolverine, Marvel Anime: Iron Man, Marvel Anime: Blade, The Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes, Thor & Loki: Blood Brothers, Ultimate Spider-Man, Avengers Assemble, Wolverine: Origin, Inhumans, Ultimate Wolverine vs. Hulk, Wolverine Weapon X: Tomorrow Dies Today and Eternals. He was also a writer for Wolverine Versus Sabretooth and a writer and executive producer for Wolverine Versus Sabretooth: Reborn.

Loeb has an extensive comic book writing career that includes Batman: The Long Halloween (which inspired the film Batman Begins), Batman: Dark Victory, Batman: Hush, Superman/Batman, The Death of Captain America, The Ultimates 3, Ultimatum, Hulk: Grey, Daredevil: Yellow, and Spider-Man: Blue.

Other notable television and film works include Teen Wolf and Teen Wolf Too, Smallville, Superman/Batman: Public Enemies and Superman/Batman: Apocalypse, Lost, Heroes, and Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.

On Jun 17, 2005, his son Sam died at the age of 17 after battling bone cancer for three years.
