Iron Man Dio Armor (Madhouse Universe)

Iron Man Dio Armor is a specail armor designed and created by Tony Stark in Japan. The Dio armor has more powerful repulsor weapons than the Iron Man armor similar to the Mark III. The Dio armor was based on the Extremis armor but instead of red and gold,it was blue and white. Dio's head was slightly redesigned from the typical Iron Man armor with malevonent features in its mask.

The Dio armor has proven itself that it is equally matched with the standard Iron Man armor in terms of performances.It was equipped with the repulsors,uni-beam and other weapons.

The Dio armor was brought to Japan for serving as the template of mass-production of the armor and the sucessor of Iron Man once he retires.

But the Zodiac stole the Dio armor with Yinsen inside to destroy Iron Man. Tony Stark fought the Dio armor repeatedly over the series. The armor was heavily damaged when Yinsen sacrificed his life to save Iron Man from Zodiac's wrath.

At the end of the series,the Dio armor was taken back to America along with Stark including the standard Iron Man armor,never be used for evil purposes again. It was possibly rebuilt.
