Biography[]
Tony initially had a hard time being a superhero. When he first tried out his armor he flew off and crashed.
He met Spider-Man and gave him the Iron Spider-Man Armor. Together the two faced off against Living Laser. However, their friendship caused the teenager's allies (Power Man, Iron Fist, White Tiger, and Nova) to become jealous.
Background[]
Iron Man is voiced by Adrian Pasdar on Ultimate Spider-Man, season 1-3 of Avengers Assemble, and Hulk and the Agents of S.M.A.S.H. while Mick Wingert played him on Marvel Super Hero Adventures: Frost Fight! and seasons 4 and 5 of Avengers Assemble.
The scene of Iron Man testing his boots and crashing is inspired by the first Iron Man film.
In the Comics[]
Iron Man gave Spider-Man the armor for the Civil War. Spider-Man initially aligned with Iron Man, but noticed that Tony knew things about him he shouldn't have. He switched and aligned with Captain America giving up the armor.
