Howard the Duck is an anthropomorphic duck.
Biography[]
When S.H.I.E.L.D. learned that M.O.D.O.K. was pirating movies near Boosaaso, Somalia they sent Howard the Duck and a group of S.H.I.E.L.D. operatives consisting of U.S. Agent, Ch'od, and a Nick Fury Life-Model Decoy to stop him. When the heroes fought M.O.D.O.K., he had his robotic P.A.R.R.O.T. go after them. P.A.R.R.O.T. used a hypnotic ray on Howard and had him attack his teammates. However, Howard was quickly able to break free of P.A.R.R.O.T.'s mind control. Howard then unplugged the internet router causing P.A.R.R.O.T. to lose its Wi-Fi signal and it stopped working. Howard the Duck and the others captured M.O.D.O.K., and he was placed in The Raft. ("The Problem With Pirates...")
Later, Howard the Duck attended the San Diego Comic-Con. At the Comic-Con, Howard listened to M.O.D.O.K. who was hosting a Q&A panel called Super-Villainy and You: Breaking into the World's Most Dangerous Profession.. ("San Diego or Bust!"/"Extended Comic-Con Special")
Howard the Duck appeared on a gameshow called Get It Right which was hosted by Gambit. During the game show Gambit would part of a phrase and the contestants would have to guess what the rest of the phrase was. When Gambit said, "The mistress squealed when the plunger went up her...", M.O.D.O.K. guessed "sewage system". Upon hearing this Howard the Duck turned to M.O.D.O.K. and told him he was disgusting. ("M.O.D.O.K.'s M.O.M.E.N.T.S.")
