Hobgoblin is an alternate version of Hobgoblin from the Spider-Carnage Universe. He is in the employ of Spider-Carnage along with Green Goblin and Kingpin. He was confused when Spider-Man arrived to defeat him, thinking it was his symbiote powered boss. He was later set against the Spider-Men, but is defeated by the Armoured Spider-Man and put down by the Six-Armed Spider-Man.
