Hanukkah is from the Non MAU series X-Men: Evolution.

Hanukkah is an eight-day Jewish holiday. Hanukkah is observed for eight nights and days, which may occur at any time from late November to late December in the Gregorian calendar, close to the Christian holiday of Christmas.

Little is known about the holiday.

As part of the holiday, Jewish people light a menorah consisting of eight candles.

Blue and silver are traditionally used to represent the holiday.

The Pryde family consisting of Carmen, Rebecca, and Kitty and are Jewish and celebrate the holiday.

The X-Men and New Mutants were having a party before they all went to their respective families to celebrate the holidays. Jean Grey gave Kitty a necklace as a present wrapped in blue and silver wrapping paper.

When Kitty returned home, she lit the family's menorah.

The holiday was not specifically named.

There are a number of errors in the shot of Kitty lighting the menorah. Character designer and occasional director Steven E. Gordon had left instructions on how to light one but was not around for the final animation. He admits that it can be confusing.[1]
