- HYDRA is from the Non MAU series X-Men: Evolution.
HYDRA is a large organization which deals in information. Led by Madame Hydra one of their projects were amongst others the creation of Wolverine's clone X-23 from the Weapon X Project.

- Gauntlet - Agent, possibly just a hired mercenary. Apparently killed.
- Madame Hydra - Leader of the organization. Apparently killed.
- Omega Red - Agent, possibly just working to get revenge on Wolverine. Arrested.

- Deborah Risman - Defected to S.H.I.E.L.D..
- X-23 - Clone of Logan created by Risman.
History[]
The team somehow heard about Wolverine and the Weapon X process. Considering him to be the perfect soldier, the group hired Deborah Risman to create a clone of him. After twenty-two failures, she was able to create the female clone X-23. HYDRA controlled her life from birth eventually putting her through the adamantium bonding process. She eventually escaped and Risman defected to S.H.I.E.L.D. However, X-23 was lost to even S.H.I.E.L.D., Risman, and Wolverine.
HYDRA members Omega Red and Gauntlet were able to capture Wolverine and X-23 and bring them to their leader Madame Hydra. However, this was simply a ploy by X-23 and the two escaped.
Gauntlet and Madame Hydra were apparently killed while Omega Red was arrested.
