Franklin Hall was a S.H.I.E.L.D. scientist before an accident turned him into Graviton.
Biogrpahy
Hall used to be a scientist working on a super-soldier serum. However, an accident gave him control over gravity. Sensing the potential danger, Nick Fury had him locked away in the Raft.
Ten years later, Loki caused a mass power outage across the four major supervillain prisons and Hall escaped vowing revenge on Fury. However, he was confronted by Thor, Iron Man, Hulk, Ant-Man, and Wasp. The mightiest heroes of Earth banded together and managed to defeat him thus forming the Avengers.
